Question to Agencies

What actions do you take when you see consistently poor or average reviews for models working under your agency.  I realize that the reviews are from the perspective of the client, and only tells half the story but there are some models who have enough poor to average reviews to warrant credibility of the sub par rating.  It is terribly dissappointing to see an 8 to 10 on looks, but a 6 or below on performance.

There are several local agencies with models who have 8 plus ratings on looks, but have several performance ratings of 6 and below to raise a red flag.

Thinking of one local agency in particular (Jill), they represent both GFE and fully-disclosed-in-advance non-GFE girls.

Review rules limit the max allowable ratings so MAYBE a low score is just that she's non-GFE?

Oops. "Q to AGENCIES" I'm not an agency but I'll submit this anyway.

Due to the poor reviews the Non GFE girls got (even though in their bio it was clearly stated, NON GFE). I choose to no longer represent them. Now all of my ladies offer GFE and all have excellent reviews. If I see that they don't I will no loger represent them. It is a waste of both of our time.

Jill:)

Another "oops". Obviously, my explanation is now outdated. Sorry, Jill. (But maybe some older non-GFE reviews are still linked to your place? Rather than confuse things further, I think I'll shut up now. Sorry.)
