I need to ask this question because I find it perplexing...Why do some escorts choose to charge a fee that is not all inclusive and then continue to ask for more money for each additional "item"? For this hobbyist, I find the whole interaction to be much more enjoyable if you know what you are getting for what you pay. And, it also provides more incentive to give a tip if the service warranted it. I totally agree with you. All of our services are all inclusive(EXCEPT for speciality appointments,greek,dom,water sports etc.)
If any of my girls ever ask for additional money for F/S they are no longer working with us. Bait and swich only confusses the client and leaves them with a unhappy experience.
