Hey Guys,

Straight to the point... When I orgasm during a BJ, my tip gets extremely sensitive, so much so that it sort of hurts to maintain the same about of intense sucking that is great during the rest of the BJ.  I know that most men have this as well, now to my question...

What's the best way to talk to a provider about this?  I really don't want to insult the many skilled ladies in our great state, so is there a tactful way to do this without hurting feelings?  I've had so many that are well-reviewed by hobbyists for their skills but it was almost painful for me.  Befre it all began with a recent provider, she seemed really insulted ('You don't think I can give a good BJ?') and I just want to be as respectful as possible.  I know that they are professionals, I just have this (possibly) unique request.  Providers, what are your thoughts?  Over the last 6 years, I've only met 2 providers (both now out of business) that were perfect for me in this regard.
