We've all toftt in the past but if her reviews were stellar before then it may have been you, or she had a real off day. Any chance you can pm her instead of telling the board your gonna Bach channel her freak out? If she as good as previous reviews give her a chance before you slam her. Giver her a mulligan

Lets couple that with the fact that your one review is for a girl with an agency known for having girls of exceptional looks and service. And yet you give ,perhaps, the lowest score in the agency's history.
Sorry, not buying what your selling.

Long story short, the provider was in a location in Cambridge that I wasn't familiar with and I was 10 minutes late for a 30 minute visit.  I called to say that I was lost and late, and asked if she would need to cancel.  She said I was fine.

Two minutes after I got in the room, her next appointment called and had gotten there early.  He was upset that he was going to need to wait.  Incidentally she told him that she needed 10 minutes.  When she hung up the phone, she started yelling, cursing and throwing things across the room.  Apparently the other hobbyist had booked a longer period of time at a higher rate and she didn't want to jeopardize the better paying client for her lower paying session with me.  I apologized and asked her if she'd rather that we didn't start so she could have her other session.  In the end, she told me I should stay and gave me a rush job service.

I didn't write a review (which I usually do) because I realized that there were extenuating circumstances.
