I am a relatively new hobbyist that is interested in possibly using a reputable agency that services the Boston area. Any specific recommendations from the more experienced local hobbyitst out there? Also, what are the major pros and cons of using agencies vs. dealing directly with Independent providers? My apologies to all if this topic belongs on the newby board,

pros is you can generally get a date in your area incall/outcall quickly.
cons is you have to settle for who is available and possibly high volume. Here's the thing. If you want to just suck or fuck call an agency. If you want more of a GFE connection contact an Indy.

RSG is one but if your not already a client you have to wait until the open enrollment next month. They are kind of high volume as many agencies tend to be. but for the most part reliable. If you like Asian ladies, hands down Boston Asian Dolls is the way to go. I don't know where Amber finds these ladies but they are all smoke shows. Check out Boston International. For outcall, I've met a couple of great ladies from After Dark. Don't know anything about City Girls. There are a number of independents in the area too. Advantage for indys is you may not have the time constraint you would with an agency. indys usually require a bit more planning ahead. Just got to look and do your research specific to what you are looking for. Play safe!
