When you joined this site and created a username, that's your TER profile. If you mean how to get verified so you can make an appt. with a lady, then each lady has there own screening process which should be listed on their website. Then after your first session you can write a review which will show up under your name here.
Also like others have said, joining P411 website makes things much easier to start making appointments with the ladies.
