I am wary of "private incalls" unless the person is extremely discreet.  All it takes is one neighbor to complain to the Lowell/Chelmsford cops, a quick scan of this board (which I am sure they do regularly) and you are busted.  

Please understand this from the hobbyist point of view.  You could have been busted an hour before I get there and now, in a bid for "leniency", you are helping the cops put a few guys' names in the paper.  No thanks.

As the many recent posts about police busts in MA show, it's good to be wary, and it doesn't take much to attract attention, whether the incall is private or in a small hotel.
