I read the sad news posted previously and truley express my sympathy to those close to her.

First off I am not a Doctor just expressing an opinion on what I have seen.

I have yet to meet anyone who has had Pneumonia that hasnt said their bout with Pneumonia wasn't Scary.

Let us not be fooled by Pneumonia.  I have seen it take a few friends wll under the age of 45.

We shrug off bad colds and think the worse could be we have a touch of flu, but the reality is that Pneumonia kills when not treated.

There is a Pneumonia Vaccine available which is different than the more commonly known Flu Vaccine. If you are in a high risk catagory talk with your doctor about recieving this vaccine.

Lets not fool ourselves that we are too strong or healthy to come down with this.
