How do you add pictures to posts?

upload a .jpg file to your website..
type the domain name /file name in your browser window and pull up the picture on the net (your website). highlight the link
for example
http://palmbeachx.com/frontal.jpg
copy and paste in the picture URL for this board on the message form..
