Photo to Reality policy ?

What is the TER policy on providers and resemblance to their photos ? I understand a little photo shop touch up as well as the fact they are not ALWAYS perfectly as up to date as we all would wish , but what happens when you find them to be practically a completely different body , 50-60 lbs difference and obviously 2-3 years out of date minimum ??

I haven't seen anywhere where they actually have a policy on it, but they do have on our profiles if the photos are real, and if they're accurate. So I'd assume that in your example the provider would have "yes" and "no" respectively for those questions.

I can say that my pictures are always accurate and up to date. I've done two photo shoots just this year so far, and have a third scheduled next month (St Patrick's Day theme). After that I'll probably do a beach shoot when it gets warmer, a Halloween shoot in the fall, and a Christmas shoot to end the year.

Those answers are recorded in the first review, and then don't change.  First review was 5 years ago, and the pics were accurate then...

The answers can be changed by using the report a problem process.

In theory, yes.  But it's still a process and you would already have to have been mislead by the dated pics to make the problem report.  Doesn't exactly address the problem

It does for the next person.  Without updating profiles TER is not extremely useful.

Exactly the point; they don't update and in fact make it difficult to update.

Not true.

I have found TER responsive to many profile changes.

Then your experience is different than many here, if recent topics are true
