The phone problem has been ongoing for weeks, not just days.  Unfortunately some girls have already left and probably won't be back.  In fact, I have met with one former TBD who told me there were more than just phone problems there.

Hope you can get things under control and back to being the best agency in Boston, as you have been for many years.
