Because men want to believe what they see, unfortunately, myself included. You make something to good to be true, but good enough when you get there, it's a good sales pitch.

There could be a number of reasons to use Photoshop, and the motive is not always to deceive the client.  Perhaps the lady has a a distinguishing tattoo that she feels might give give away her real identity if she shows it.  

As previously noted, most of the Aphrodite models are beautiful and GFE.  Personally, if her reviews are good, I would not be deterred from seeing the lady.
