Farah Fawcett and now Michael Jackson.

May they rest in peace

The only person in the world to be born a black boy, and die a white woman.

He denied his race & hated his race.  I always found that oddly pathetic.

A musical genius of the pop genre, but a freak by all accounts. I hope he finds more peace in death than he did in his life. A sad figure indeed.

I found it more odd that he was a boy-toucher. Far more odd. Now that he's died, everyone's going to brush aside his late-night-creepy-uncle routine.

Nobody is all good, or all bad.  Tis is life.  I loved Michael Jackson.  It is a sad day.

I love it how aliases hide behind negative remarks. If you must speak ill of the dead, shut the hell up.

We pay far too much attention to celebrities and jocks and far too little when important people pass away.  I am thinking at the moment of the heroic woman who, alone at the South Pole, diagnosed and treated her own breast cancer who lost her fight for life this week. People like her may lack glamour and glitz, but they are the ones who bring progress to the world.

She was an incredible woman who truely deserves the title of heroic.   She did something that man people would not be capable of.

Even with the death of a famous person, there are thousands of people in United States today who are missing a loved one who has died from whatever cause.  They are much more important to that person, and a hole in their heart will never be healed with the loss of their loved one.

The death of a icon, while interesting, is not as important as the death of a loved one.

He was never convicted of being a pedophile.   Therefore Mattman's negative comment (Not under an alias BTW), was the negative one.   I was trying to say that it never has been proven that MJ was a pedophile.

In fact personally, I do not believe he was one.   I feel that he probably though of himself as a child inside, and identified with children.   But personally I do not believe that he would hurt a child sexually.

Ed McMahon I hope you keep them laughing in the afterlife!

Jerri Fitzgerald you were remarkable in life! A genuine hero amongst women!

Farrah Fawcett you were a truly beautiful angel, I loved your body artwork!!!

Micheal Jackson you were an amazing artist, a star so brighter then others, yet so tormented and alone in your pain!

May all the above families find solace in the wonderful memories these people have left behind for the whole world to remember!!

I have to agree with you on that one, my mom
died right in front of my eyes.  I will never forget them steering me towards the consultation room?

Icons come and go, family doesn't.

Even if you can't stand your family, give them a bit of credit...they put up with you!

Who said he was convicted?? He was a pedophile none the less. He was a grown man who had boys come over for sleep-overs, paid millions in hush money and displayed all the classic pedophile symptoms, including coming up with kid-friendly zones away from adults. Some people more concerned other things than protecting young boys from anal invasions, I guess.

Farrah was my idol growing up, as well as Stevie Nicks!

Farrah had beautiful blonde lion mane hair, a beautiful white smile, and a body to die for! Remember that famous poster of hers?

I was saddened to hear that she was stricken with colon cancer at the age of 62. She was a strong woman through that ordeal and I admire her.  Rest in peace Farrah.  Ryan O'Neil loves you too!
