Apparently, years ago (we are talking the fifties, folks), the CIA had several hundred condoms manufactured in an unrealistically large size. Their plan was to use them for psychological warfare and ship them "accidentally" to Russia in wrappers marked "Made in USA, size medium".

What if you buy the smallest sleeve and your penis doesn't even make contact?  Nothing gets a guy into depression as quickly?  Your thoughts or penis if any?

Size charts vary by country.  Not to cast doubt on your story or your equipment, are we talking the biggest size at the Big & Tall Shop, or the biggest size at the Pygmy Village Store?
