If there were any providers like that pic in the Boston area, I would be broke in half a heartbeat....

@Lamont: do you do these lists manually, or have a script that does the web scraping for you (seems kinda repetitive, so a script would work well) ?

I do it manually, have a template set up and just cut and paste everything in. Doesn't take a long time, a couple of hours a week to do.

Now Flamebird if you like those 2 photos what are your thoughts on this one:
