If you can't eat meat on Friday's during Lent does that mean not BJ or DATY on Fridays?

I thought about giving up deep throating!

But then I relalize I rather die lol. So I just gave up red meat!! The thought of giving up wine crossed my mind but that lasted all of 5 seconds. Since i Will be joining Boston Match 20-23rd I really couldn't give up the deep throating!!
