1.  Open the ad on what ever website it is on

2. In the very top right, you will see the line that starts with "File" scroll down to "tools"
Click on it and scroll down 5 lines to "Page Info" or "Ctrl+I

3 A new page will open up, Click on "Media"  

4. A small box will appear with address on the top, below you will see the HTTP: lines  
Click on the first line, it will turn blue. Now using the arrow keys scroll down unitl you see the photos of the lady in question.

Once you find a photo, copy the link and paste it into a google page and click search
