What’s up with BP ads?

I don’t use it for myself. But was perusing as lots of girls from here use it to let people know they are available that day.  But now a lot of posts with just phone numbers and no description etc?  Makes it pretty difficult. Anyone else feel the same. Or can someone clarify why for me.
