TER usually holds a first review until they get some kind of corroboration with a second review.

It helps cut down on phony and self reviews.

I have had a review Deferred, what does that mean??

I have 35 reviews. I also discussed the details with MANY, both Hobbiers and Providers, and all agreed this "person" I wrote the review about was known for doing what happened to me. I have not yet been contacted by ANYONE from TER, I would be glad to share all the details with them to prove the validity of the review. Thanks for the response MrFisher.

I JUST checked my reviews and this is the response I got.

"The provider who you have reviewed is currently delisted from TER. If a provider is delisted, TER does not accept or post reviews for that provider."

Ok, I now understand.
