First off the poster has other ads with  different photos and different name.

That's the first clue something is wrong.

Second the ad you are talking about does not mention a second girl available, if it did, then it could be 2 girls sharing the same phone #, but since phone are so cheap these day why would they.

Third: Text me at xxx-xxx-xxxx Sounds funny, how many ladies only accept text messages, this is a new scam, you text the girl get no answer text again, still no answer, then you get your phone bill you have a 10 to 20 dollar charge on it for the text message you sent to the her.

Fourth:  Tineye and Google image search are great place to see of the photos in the ad are stolen.

Tineye didn't find anything but Google image search did find this
