I'm an aspiring hobbyist and new to all of this.

I've been talked out of browsing backpage.com and steered towards established agencies.

My concern now is, what if I want to meet a woman from a local agency in Boston that has very good reviews, but the woman does not have any TER reviews?

I'm guessing stay away and wait for reviews?

Although I would like to stay away, if the agency is well reviewed in the first place, that means that the providers are generally well reviewed as well.

She is probably new to the business so she might not be as "experienced" but as GFE goes, you should be fine.

My understanding is that agencies do "quality control." (Some needs to comment on this..)

There could be a few reasons for this.

Like you said, the girl could be new to the business. The girl could have worked before somewhere else under a different name or as in the case with us, girls sometimes visit from other states and do have reviews but they are from the other places they work, not in Boston.

It is always best to call the agency if you have any questions.

i have seen girls with no reviews from services i trusted. i feel confident the photos are real and that the girl has been prepped with what is expected.

I've never had a problem doing this. Easiest TOFTT out there.

Seems that if the agency is willing to put their name on it then they've done some homework on the provider. Besides, it's their name at stake too, they don't want you to leave unsatisfied and put the agency in a poor light.

But you learn things along the way.  Like how to spot rip offs from a mile a way.  There are certain tell tale signs in the provider's advertising.  My advice would be to find a handful of girls who you hit it off with and see them on a regular basis.  Most providers prefer it this way too.  They like the comfort and predictability of being with a man they know and trust.  It is safer this way too.
