I have no relation to boston EB, but it is good to get more information about HIV/AIDS out there.
While in every case it is good to play it safe, beyond any reasonable doubt this report is false. The reasons are:
1) Rarely do symptoms appear in the first week. Early symptoms cannot diagnose HIV and the earliest the tests begin to become reliable are after 2-4 weeks. It is unlikely anyone is diagnosed a week after exposure.
2) I have never used their service, but I am confident boston EB requires the use of condoms. The probability of a man getting HIV when having unprotected sex with a woman who is HIV positive is astronomically low. Some professionals put the probability at 1 in 10,000 and others believe female to male transmission may actually be impossible (with no 100% confirmed diagnoses). Most males with HIV acquire it through male to male transmission or needle use. If a condom is used, the probability of acquiring HIV when having sex with an HIV positive woman is virtually impossible (with the exception of having an open sore in the area not covered by the condom).
3) Finally, HIV is an entirely manageable STI. Escorts get periodically tested for STI's (including HIV). If someone is in the beginning stages of HIV and do not know they have it, then the viral load is sufficiently small that it is again, almost impossible to transmit. If the woman knows she has HIV and is taking anti-virals, the viral load is once again so small transmission is highly unlikely. When taking antivirals, two people (one HIV+, but on medication) could have unprotected sex every day of their lives and most likely never transmit HIV to the uninfected partner
Despite the very low probability of transmission. Always use a condom.

Honestly this sounds more like a scare tactic from perhaps the old owners of Flirt who have now opened their own agency and are trying to blackball the ladies of Bostoneb.
I've been threatened with the "Ill just write a review and tell them that you gave me (insert std here)" when I've denied someone for an appointment or let them know that I won't see them. Honestly, had it been chlamydia or herpes, it would have been a lot more believable.
Who knows what the motive is, but the report didn't add up and I would suggest the ladies of Bostoneb get to the bottom of it in ripoff report.
it does look like perhaps EB made an enemy in whoever posted that HIV report, however that's not my style....and I prefer not to get mixed up in other agency's drama so please leave me out of it.

I stated an opinion on something in my previous post and did not intend to ACCUSE anyone of anything. It was more of a flippant example. Blame it on watching too much Criminal Intent but I do not personally feel that Escapades would do that as I have never met or dealt with the owners.
It was an errant comment that was made prior to drinking coffee and fully thinking through what I wrote. Those who know me well know that I always try to see both sides.

No offense taken, just wanted to clarify that I don't partake on other agency's "stuff" In this circumstance, EB was targeted for whatever reason, but it could of been anyone targeted really and once they do their due diligence perhaps they can find out from whence it came.

I saw that post I didn't buy that bullshit story for one second..The guy said he had sex with a girl then a week later felt sick went to the hospital and was HIV positive..REALLY???
That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Plus no mention of went on in the room..

First off, any intelligent person can see after reading that report how absolutely untrue it is.
Second, who ever did do it, is not going to admit it, because it's extremely immature and childish.
Last thing, those of you who know me, know I am a straight shooter, no bullshit here. I have no enemies and I am nice and respectful to everyone. I stay away from the drama on here as well as the outside world.
I only responded to this because of the over whelming support I got from so many people and I felt I at least owed it to them to speak up and set the record straight. Especially, since a few of them already spoke up on my behalf!
