Hi,

I am new to hobbying and am looking to jump full in.  Looking for suggestions for who or what agency is good to try for newbies with good reviews. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks everyone.

Better to dip your toe in and like it, than to "jump full in" and wish you hadn't.

Most independents and agencies require references, many times 2 or 3.
