Hi Everyone,
Yes we are open! Sorry for the late start. Both Misha and I are sick. Misha lost her voice and I have the flu. Misha will be on the phones this morning, please bear with her as she sounds funny and her voice keeps cracking. I will be on the phones later this afternoon whe I get back from the doctors. We will also have our friend Brian filling in from time to time, so please don't hang up on him, because you hear a man's voice.

I have been wanting to call your service for about 4 months now. Everytime, I'm about to do so, I read a review here complaining about how LATE the providers were... and/or the numerous phonecalls ...and/or the long waiting that has to go on.

Can you address this?
Are these isolated cases? or is there any explanation?

I know I would be very scared if things take too long - WAITING. there is always the fear of L.E. and other possible debacles.

I think its best for everyone's benefit for YOU to come and address these issues... I wanna see 2 of your girls but afraid to take the plunge.

Let me see, where do I start? The phone being busy or taking a long time answer is true. We only have 1 operator on at a time and 6 phone lines. If the phone is busy please try again a little later. Some times the phone lines are more busy than other times, try calling at 11:00 am instead of 10:00 on the dot.

As for the girls being late, yes that is a BIG problem. Most of the time they tell me they will be in and ready to go at say 11:30, then they don't show up till 1:00 and they are already behind scheduel. Unfortunately most of the girls are very irresponsible and could not hold down a regular job with regular 9-5 hours, that is why they choose this buisness. (Don't go yelling at me, I said some not all, independant providers are way more reliable)

Some of the time it is the client's fault, they get stuck in traffic and show up late and start yelling at me when I tell them they are too late and missed their appointment.
We now have the rule if you are later than 15 mins. you loose the appointment.

As in any buisness some days things run smoothly and we have no problems, other days things are a mess.
We tried to fine the girls for being late, but they don't care, they pay the fine and are late again the next day. I usually have the clients call me from a restraunt in case they have to wait a while. I don't like clients waiting at hotels, but they go there anyway even though I ask them not to.

I have a lot of great girls so if you want to take the plunge Go for it! If not try an independant provider.

In business, it is easy to remember the one bad experience and forget the many good ones! This service is easy to work with, I use them regularly without hesitation. If you follow some rules, there is seldom a problem. I call 5 min. early from a resturant, once I get the ok, drive to the location. I don't wait or call while sitting in the lot, I just arrive and go about my business,its easy. Use the reviews to see which girls are reliable, or work with the operator, its easy. I see some very nice girls at a good value. What else can you ask for?

I have to say from knowing you and dealing with you Jill, I think you are one top notch lady. You work hard to improve any short comings and are the first to admit when there is a problem. I don't work for agencies,but if I did Jill would be the one I'd work for.I've met her and she's a wonderful lady.There are a lot of agencies in Boston but Jills is the best as far as personal service goes.And she seems like she cares about her girls a lot,unlike other agencies who don't care about the safety or welfare of the girls.And she does care about the clients.Being an agency owner is a very hard job.Jill does a wonderful job at running her agency.The best I've seen of an agency in a long time.

I wanted to personally THANK YOU for your rapid AND PRECISE response to my question..YOU even addressed problems cited by others which i DID NOT even mention.

If the sign of a good business is one who  pays attention to their customer complaints , then I will say you have addressed all I wanted and then some.

You are indeed top class and just gained a new customer who is already smiling.
