BI seems to be trying to lead the Boston agency pack to an above 3 bills rate. Gents, think long and hard before you participate in this. I don't know about you but my income is not going up right now. I also notice that Boston WC is not publishing their reates this week? Are they waiting to see how BI does? Who knows. Don't forget that you are the demand side of the market and have a little say in rate setting also!
It seems as if the 3.4 only applies to one lady, so perhaps it is a typo. BI barely lacks the stock at times to justify 3.0, never mind charging more. Lots of 7-8 over there when you can easily buy more performance for the same outlay. It is so easy to do with RSG if you can play during the day.
It's no typo. The ad says "new rate". It is just for the one girl however, for now. You can bet it's a test for higher rates. My entire point is that any girl can charge whatever she wants but it's up to us whether we're going to pay it or not. Our excellent Boston agencies, BI included, provide us with quality women at the 3. price point. Don't confuse that to mean that they are all worth it but some are IMHO. More than that, I don't see the value!
I've stated before and will again, there seems to be a push from agencies in NY, FL, Canada and other parts to make a play in Boston. They must think we have deeper pockets.
They bring in gals over 3 roses and then offer TER specials for 3 roses.
Jill is doing a great job bringing in fresh talent and keeps her rates REALISTIC for the times. I'm not always a fan of her incall locations, but we can't have it all.
I've noticed a couple of women who have advertised on this board recently with extraordinarily high rates and I just don't see them getting business. Maybe 1 client and that's all they need... Who knows.
My paychecks aren't going up either... I make a pretty good living, but even with what I make, some of these girls are only slightly below $1k and aren't even PS or don't include PSE...
If you look at rates in general over the last six months women who were asking for 2.5 are now asking for 3.0, and those who were asking for 3.0 are asking for 3.5, and those who were asking for 3.5 are asking for 4.0, and those who were asking for 4.0 are now asking for 5.0(!). I think it started with massages moving out of the 2.0 range into the 2.5 and even 3.0 range. It seems to be a lot of out-of-state women bringing in the price changes. Other markets might bear it but I don't think Boston will. We'll see. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying for quality but I don't like getting taken advantage of either.
