First off not passing judgement, just curious after being away for a while. I often just search reviews locally to see what’s going on out there.  It seems there are a decent number of TS reviews in Boston these days. This a growing kink?, or are there just less hetero reviews these days? Just curious.  

I think there has been an increase in supply and demand
