This could have been a 500 word post but for sake of brevity let me condense.  Here is the scene: Relatively new provider, posts ads on TER. No reviews but 2nd time I would have seen her.She only does out calls so hotel room is my expense. drove hour and 1/2 to see her. she picked area. Day of appointment emailing her starting at 2pm with room number etc, no response.  Finally after the 10th email I get "I have the flu".. (15 minutes after our appointment start (730 pm). she admitted the symptoms started in the am, thought she would get better (didn't want to miss a 2 hour pay day is my assumption) I get it, people get sick . I asked for compensatory time for next visit (pay for one hour, one free). after 5 requests no answer and then she got nasty on the emails.(wtf?) she is so unprofessional and arrogant she shouldn't be in this business. even if she reconsiders and sez "yeah il see ya for a free hour" I would refuse. as we say in the playground " I wouldn't cum on her if she was on fire now". I'm out 350 bucks and there is no way she is going to pay me that if she will not give me a free hour. I got "took", so be it. So here's the question, write a review and warn others she is not to be trusted, jump on her ads and indicate she is less than reliable, or let it go. all opinions are welcome .

But I'm going to tell you that you made a rookie mistake.Why would you get a room without knowing exactly where she was when you checked in?. Providers are very weird sometimes and they decide they're not getting fucked to its all over. At least she got back to you. I hate when they ghost you.I hope you were able to find another provider. But as far as a credit, even LL bean is doing away with there satisfaction guaranteed policy.

You can not reward bad behavior and not naming her is doing that, She know she had a cold in the am, all she had to do was tell you then and there would not have been a problem. But like you said she didn't want to mess the payday.

You can review her. That's up to you. Pluses and minuses to that.  

What is uncertain is if you can mention the fact that she flaked out on the last set-up session.  The OP might want to ask TER about that first.

Given the fact that if she did indeed have the flu and it is a whopper this flu season ..and she toughed it out would you have been happy ? She was if truly sick contagious and the experience would have  probably not her best. If she truly had the flu and that's a big "if" but we give it to her since the payday was probably keeping her from ditching you too fast, then as many of us have when stage 1 hits, we rest and pray for a 6 hour recovery and that may be why the late response ..the flu makes everyone lazy and irresponsible. I'd say she fucked your day up big time but the malicious intent seems missing and it's just health and poor judgement on her part. You are entitled to a freebie or a discount yes I'd say so but now for my stupid question? You are out $350 for a room etc. seems like a nice room for $350 and now you have 2 hours hobby money in your pocket along with the expensive room. Did you post that you are looking for an outcall asap due to a late cancellation and get no response or did you try Eros or the like for a speedy replacement? Seems like the logical thing to do in your situation?

Thanks for the advice . I agree the providers jump up and down about this ( rightly so ) but we on the other side seem to let it go . How many have replied " just let it go , part of doing business etc " chalk it up to experience etc .. a lot.I put a review in last night it's pending. Not sure if it's going to go through however. I did not have a phone number. IMHO, she's not a escort, but a prostitute. She has a lot of "street" in her and am concerned about ramifications from boyfriend etc.she has my real name ( mandatory for screening) so she has all she needs to apply street justice. The tone of her email indicate s to me she would not hesitate to use that option to even the score on outing her .   BTW , received two pms from men.  They knew exactly who it was without me naming her . She did it to them as well.

I agree ! If she was truly sick , I would appreciate the cancellation. I asked for a free hour for next visit , she declined. Which to me is crazy. ? The stupid question? Yes it was a nice room downtown hotel upgraded to a suite.i thought she would appreciate it since she is financially challenged . Anyway I didn't find it it was a official no show until 730 pm . My best statergy was to call some of Boston girls at that time . But let's think about it . They don't sit on their phones . Si I called me left a message said I was in town free would you like to visit? I got voice mail , so I couldn't very likely call another right away without confirming from the first one it was a no go . That's not right on my part . I didn't try EROS, I thought my girls was my best bet . It didn't happen.

Curious to understand why it's acceptable for you to charge a cancellation fee, but once the role is switched in terms of who has the hotel reservation it's not OK to somehow be compensated to some small degree.  

wow, that's cold ?. other providers have responded make up time would have been appropriate with  the cancellation. educate me, what would you have done in the same instance ?

Wow... where do I start...

The last time was October 5th, which is more than 90 days ago. 142 days to be specific. You canceled the appointment that was scheduled after that.

As I said there was probably no malicious intent and day 1 of the flu can fool people into thinking they can muddle through. Probably would have been better to offer a free hour recompensation for his time and loss etc. no call no show is frustrating from either side of the coin hobbiest of provider alike. It implies disrespect.

I did notify him before the appointment time, and also offered to set him up with my friend so that the room wasn't wasted. I would have offered some additional time on the next appointment to make it up to him if he wasn't interested in her. But the tone of his emails, and the lies he's posted here, killed any chance of that happening.

I agree, I should have at least given him a heads up when I went home early from work. I honestly thought if I just took a nap I'd be ok by 8:00. I freely admit I made a mistake in judgement in that regard. I did notify him before the scheduled start time though, and did offer a replacement so that the room wouldn't be wasted.

Seem to me like much ado about nothing if you got sick as we all do and tried to tough it out as many of us in sales do when we get sick, I've personally tried to make sales calls when I'm under the  weather and felt if I could sleep a few hours and overdose on emergency C gummies I'll stave it off long enough to do what I need to.

I've known Camryn for a long time, since middle school. In fact I'm the one who helped her get started in this business when she mentioned having some financial troubles. She's always been very responsible, works a 9-5 office job, and a part time job on weekends too. I'm also her UTR friend that offered to take her place that night. She called me up crying, because she was legitimately upset about not being able to make her appointment that night, and even though I've been retired for awhile now I offered to do her a favor and take her place to keep her client happy.  

Sometime I feel I'd be more effective if I was blowing my customers and surely I feel sometimes they are trying to fuck me. But I was referring to the fact that sales calls and being a provider are performance based jobs and we all are off our game when sick but if we need money we try to soldier on.

Ya I hear you . Business would be great if it wasn't for customers. Anyway I'm over it and hope she does well and learns from her mistakes,as Lamont as others have said. I'm sure she will act differently the next time she has this issue .

You are absolutely right , it appears cancellations are a one way street. However I feel for the lady's who lose money with cancellations..post was asking for advice and direction. Not seeking attention. Some advice was " it happens , let it go " to Lamont's advice to report . All have their merits . After careful review and consideration, I chose not to name her. But the point is moot , as she named herself and admitted poor judgement in later posts. I wish her well.

I had no lifetime expectations. Wasn't going to marry the girl . Just wanted to see her . My expectations were 1. Show up 2) if not showing up cancel before check in at hotel 3) if unable to do 1 and 2, offer compensatory time for next visit .  I.e. , see me for three hours,I'll pay for two as an example . Whatever arrangement she wanted to offer with her I would have said "yes". She chose none of the above.  Again you are right seeing part time professionals, with zero reviews,is at my peril.

First, if you leave work sick, you should not be sharing that with other people. Bottom line if your not feeling well cancel.   It really doesnt matter if your appointment was at 7 or 8.  An email at 651 doesnt give you enough time to shower, get ready and get to destination.   Personally, my advice to you if you have a fever of 102+  you should sleep and not be waking up and responding to emails.  If your sick, your sick the end take care of yourself until your better.  Im sure there aren't many guys who want to swap spit with someone with a fever.
As for bodyglide, it sucks when someone cancels, especially on short notice.  I hope you learned two lessons.  First, when booking an outcall, confirm with provider the day of before checking in.  Secondly, booking a room for 350 is not her fault, it is yours.  Trust me on this a more expensive room does not make a better session.  I truly doubt she requested this, this was your choice.  Bottom line, I don't care if your a hobbyist or provider, cancel if your sick, cause inevitably you are exposing more than just one person. Don't forget to confirm appointments day of. And lastly think twice before spending 350 for a room.  I'd be willing to bet she would rather have had you spend less and tip her for her exceptional service.  I have to assume it eas exceptional as it wasn't your first visit.

Easy answer , would have paid her the full two hours on the spot  !

Thanks for your reply . It's good to hear the opinion of another provider indicating the woman made bad judgement in many areas . I trust she will think with her head and not hear pocketbook next time . It's obvious she put her payday above health of her and others , as you indicate, By hoping she would get better in a matter of hours. Yes I did get a nice hotel room I appreciate nice things and of course there is a risk with that .as far as not checking in until I confirmed where she was I agree, but that's not bullet proof either as she could have confirmed and not should up anyway.. Hey it's fine I'm over it I wish her well in the biz and peace  

Did your review not get approved ?

This happens all the time. On my end as a provider it isn't fair to ask for a cancellation fee if someone is claiming to be actually sick or have a family emergency. If they aren't really sick/lying it's fairly obvious but I don't say anything and in the end it was likely not a good fit anyways.

Whatever the excuses maybe a NO SHOW is exactly that a NO SHOW!!!! It shouldn't happen that goes for both parties providers & Clientele, it's rude, inconsiderate, classless & definitely puts a damper on this biz!!!
