Walk Newbury Street take the freedom trail you can do it on your own fun facts along the way.

I've never been there. I want to make the most of my time next week. Where do most of you Boston boys look to find a companion other than TER? Is it worth the money to run an ad  anywhere  or just rely on TER. This is just a pass through trip for my day job but I wanna have fun my two days in Boston. Open to suggestions

Hi and Welcome in advance,

Boston is a really nice city and I hope you enjoy it.  The city itself is pretty small and you can walk almost anywhere or get a cab.  Driving in the city is not a good idea.  It might seem corny, but I'd highly recommend that you take what's called a Duck Tour when you arrive.  It costs around $30 and takes about an hour and a half to give you a nice city tour.

Most visitors tend to choose the area of the city called the Back Bay.  It has numerous nice hotels such as a Sheraton, Hilton, Marriott, Westin and some that aren't big names on a national level like the Back Bay Hotel, the Park Plaza, the Fairmont Copley Plaza and others.

I personally tend to enjoy the hobby in the suburbs like Waltham and Burlington.  If you stay in one of these locations, you'd be better to rent a car.

Enjoy!
