I have recalled a similar type of meeting taking place in NYC before all the lock downs/restrictions/masks, with a drop dead young gorgeous model (with feeling of UTR and just of drinking age); and the person in picture showed up and a great and enjoying meeting to had been had by all consenting adults.

Email address and phone number both seem to convey that it is for a lady who is just in the hobby world for a quick/shortened experience and will disappear as quickly as one could start trying to arrange the next meeting. If you look at the NYC area there are a lot of more such types of looking ad's.

And for the definite models they have their profiles/pictures already shot for actual modeling work, so these pictures are not risque/pedestrian after all.
