I cannot find anything about this? It was stated this is something that is newly formed?
In Colorado it is worse. Men who are arrested either have to pay $10,000 or go to "sensitivity training."
Under the new law a state police task force is being formed to assist local DA and towns to weed out add on back page arrests are not being published as they want to get the full effect.
How do you know about the task force if it hasnt' been published anywhere?
as a name does not refer to a sweater.
Here is a copy of a post by octovert in Legal Corners:
Note that the penalty for those paying, etc, ie "Johns", have increased penalties.
It still comes down to enforcability. How do you prove that "John" paid, etc, unless you catch in act or electronic recording or have the lady testify against said "John". Does not change the difficulty in successfully convicting Johns. IMHO.

Below is what I mean by that. Note (b) in particular.
"SECTION 25. Said chapter 272 is hereby further amended by striking out section 53A, as so appearing, and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 53A. (a)Whoever engages, agrees to engage or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee, shall be punished by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 1 year or by a fine of not more than $500, or by both such imprisonment and fine, whether such sexual conduct occurs or not.
(b) Whoever pays, agrees to pay or offers to pay another person to engage in sexual conduct, or to agree to engage in sexual conduct with another person, shall be punished by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 2 and one-half years or by a fine of not less than $1,000 and not more than $5,000, or by both such imprisonment and fine, whether such sexual conduct occurs or not."
Someone will find a way to "repackage" the service that is legal. Will probably make a fortune in the process.
Or it will just lead to more strict screening of potential clients.
There are 2 parts to this the new law the one listed above and the AG of the Mass trying to get rid of back page. She has set up a State Police Vice squad to kill back page reviews.
1. Don,t advertise on back page they are watching.
2. If you do. Do not list TEL # they can trace to the nearest cell Tower to find you If you have a newer phone they all have a GPS chip in them which will lead them to you within feet of where you are. All State Police vehicles have this ability.
3.Have the client send you an e-mail so you can verify and get info that is much safer.
4. They are being low key about this.
5. People who advertise on a daily basis are at the top of the list.
I understand what you are saying. What I don't understand is if it is all low key how do you know about it? Do you work with the police?
With a name like "pullover", he certainly sounds like Uncle Leo. Could be the truth, or could be disinformation and/or exaggeration to scare us all.

Some may surprise you
Could you answer our question pullover? I mean I appreciate the information if it is true. How do you know about the new state vice squad?
