A google of the number indicates it is an Irvine, CA number and shows ads in Portland, OR, Los Angeles, Washingotn DC, New York, Orange County, Phoenix, etc.  The ads were all recently deleted so couldn't check the photos, however the tag line of the ads and the rates seemed the same.  That first picture doesn't look rigth to me.  There are a lot better sleuths than me on this board, however.
