Paid VIP will be worth it to you. You'll want to read reviews of any recommendations anyway.

The latest, simplest, safest anonymous way to get VIP is using Gift Cards.  Like international currency, there isn't a fixed value, but an approximate figure is: buy a $30 gift card (best buy, staple, amazon ... see the list on the Join page LINK) and that gets you 24 days of VIP.

Have you had success using the gift card to pay for TER VIP? I've tried a couple of times with two different gift cards and both times said the card was already used. Balance was still on the card of course. I ended up using the gift cards and just paid the normal way for VIP. Just wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience as me. Thank you.

Uh oh. I have not used the GC method but I haven't heard of any complaints which would usually a Newbie board topic.

Have you contacted TER Admin about your problem? If the company that processes this for them is screwing up, it's cutting into TER business when guys walk away from VIP rather than pay some other way. If you get any other info from them, would you please report to the Newbie board?

In my case it was cards that were given to me by someone else-and they worked just fine!

Thanks Vernjones and Impposter!  I only tried gift cards that I bought from a 3rd party site...so that could be the issue. I'll try to buy a gift card at the store and see if that works or not. Appreciate the feedback.
