The only thing I found that was kinda funny was:

She has a few ads saying she was visiting the San Fran area, last post was on July 2, now in Boston on the July 4th. Nothing before that she just pops up in San Fran and then in Boston. Checked the TER board in San Fran nothing on her, other boards to.

Just odd.

Guess this is going to be a TOFTT.

I got no results for her number on google and Tineye is clean.  Just wondering if anyone might have seen her recently.  If not, I might just TOFTT.
