LOL. Are you trying to tell me that providers don't read what's out here!!  9 out of 10 Backpage ads are scams and you know that. I would think that those who would reply here have their own sites and are more professional.

It sounds like you are placing a personals ad on the bulletin board at Whole Foods, not trying to book an appointment with an escort...

There is always Back Page or an agency if you want a last-minute roll in the hay.  If you want to line-up an appointment with a desirable attractive escort your best approach would be to research the hundreds of reviews here and contact some ladies. Some of them will even lie to you about being in college if that's what floats your boat.

No serious provider is going to respond to a vague ISO post especially last minute and by a guy with no reviews. Good providers screen and they know that a guy looking for last minute pussy on a Saturday night probably won't have references or submit to verification. That's the reality of TER.  Read the reviews, find some ladies who interest you, contact them, submit to screening and schedule an appointment...in advance.

Alternately...

While I agree with you that 9 out of 10 BP ads are BS, 1 out of 10 are not.  There are actually some very well known and very good local ladies who DO advertise same day availability on BP. They will still want to screen you to some degree however

In addition, as I mentioned in my first post, there are some good agencies who can help you as well.

The bottom line here is that the more selective you are the farther ahead you need to plan.  It's a fine line between what constitutes a buyer's market vs. a seller's market in the hobby. The better gals are not sitting there computers waiting for a Saturday night ISO post...

Were you referring to the Empire Asian Restauraunt? I have heard much about it in my local travels but have never been. Do providers swarm the bars?

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, good providers screen their clients.  You can't screen a guy you just met in a bar.  If you DID happen to meet an escort "working" the bar crowd you are, at that point, dealing with the same dangers as you do when you look on Back Page-bad service, rip-offs and quite possibly a sting if the bar has had a problem with "working girls" in the past.

It's been years since I cruised the Boston bar scene so I will leave it to others to comment as far as where the best bar to find a paid sex partner might be. In any event though I would certainly proceed with caution...

I second the recommendation on Empire.  It's a fun place to go and a really cool restaurant bar scene.  Awesome place to bring a date, civi or provider.  I'd imagine that there aren't a lot of providers working the bar there because it's not a hotel and hence not a place where you would find men flying solo who would be your potential clients.  I can tell you the last time I went, I wasn't approached by any working girls....but then again I was with two women.
