Does anyone know how someone gets to be a provider's first date?

Is it just luck or is there a signup list.

Was thinking about this the other day.  Wouldn't it be great if new providers could access the cream of the hobbyst crop on their first few dates.

Just as I have advised some of our brothers here to see particularly good providers for their first encounters, maybe we could return the favor in kind.

Don't know about the rest of you, but that seems like an exciting prospect to me.
