Actually, every news report I have heard stated that the sting was planned before last week's murder which makes sense on the surface. I honestly doubt that Worcester LE would set up a sting solely to try and lure one guy who committed a crime in another county and hasn't been reported anywhere near them. I would say that the City of WOrcester has too much money in it's LE Budget. The taxpayers should demand a rebate! Doesn't the chief have other priorities?
