Hoping to get at least the courtesy of a response here.  I have sent 3 emails and received no response.  I posted a review on the 14th which was approved on the 19th.  Why am I not upgraded to VIP and WHY DON'T YOU HAVE THE COMMON COUTESY TO RESPOND TO EMAILS?

If you do not intend to respond, don't offer the opportunity for communication.   If I ran my busineses like this, I would be out of business.

Sorry about that.  We get about a thousand emails a day.  Sometimes it takes a bit to get back to people.  Sometimes we don't even get the email (flakey email server).

I checked on your last review.  It was of Toni.  Unfortunately, you had just submitted a review of her on 3/30/04.  If you read the Guidelines for submitting reviews http://theeroticreview.com/reviews/submit.html

Item 8 clearly states:

You may also submit an update on a provider that you have already reviewed. We will replace your old review, but you won’t be credited for an additional 15 days. Your new review must be a complete rewrite that adds something new to the experience in order for it to replace the old one.

Gee I would have expected an apology from Doug to Staff.  Since he gets upset about lack of responses from others.

No appology . . . I still have 3 emails that have not been answered and the response I finally received to this post from STAFF is incorrect.  The 3/30 review was not accepted by STAFF due to lack of details.  I then edited the review to add more detail . . . that was the "second" review.
