I decided to take a chance and schedule an appointment so I texted her requesting a day and time, she responded with a time more convenient for her, and I agreed.  She then asked for some screening info, which I provided.   I then heard nothing from her again.

A few hours before the appointment I texted to confirm and got no response.  A few hours later I texted her to see if there was some misunderstanding and I got no response.
