I just logged on to see the new reviews for today and 7 out of the 8 reviews done for today where from ROOM SERVUCE
does anyone else exits?

...and if you read thru these a bit, you'll see that many of them seem to have been repeats of portions of previous "reviews".  There also seem to be a very cozy relationship between this (and other) services and the moderator(s) of the board.  Frankly, the whole thing is suspect

I've said it before and I'll say it again.

TER moderators can neither submit or effect reviews. Check the dates on any TER moderators' submitted reviews. The reviews were written before they became moderator.

I think the moderator is doing a great job. My reviews have been posted within 24 hours. I have not seen many providers but I have wrote a review on each of them (excluding the good old early zone days and some private providers) and I suggest all of us should write reviews good or bad. I do notice he cuts people a little slack on occasion, which I am glad for this. We are not discussing the cure for cancer, and I enjoy the lightheartedness of this board (there have been some funny reviews that had me laughing out loud) my advice is if you want more reviews than write them.

you give me (and the other TER moderators) too much credit. When you submit a review to TER, it is approved by a one of a small staff (8-9?) of people based in L.A. There are probably less than 10 moderators for the various TER discussion boards (usually located in the region of the board that they moderate). The discussion board moderators see the reviews when they are approved just like you.

Thirsty seems to be one of the moderators that are more familiar with the local ladies and I think its great !
Its nice to see someone look out for local girls  there are plenty of them around indy or agency girls ,I think his "hands on "approach to moderating is alot more condusive than some others .

As stated by Thirsty, only Staff has the authority to approve reviews.  It usually took a few days for submitted reviews to be posted.  Last week was Thanksgiving holiday.  It is a lot more convenient and easier to schedule last minute appointments with an agency than with independents.

There were 4 or 5 reviews of ladies in an Asian agency posted within a couple of days in LA.  Many hobbyists are seeking bargain deals nowadays.  Daniella in LA has 18 reviews in Oct and 9 reviews so far in Nov. (http://theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?ID=13864 )  Her rate is $200/hr.  There is little doubt in LA why she is so popular.

Hi, I've seen several of the ladies from BodyOasis, and each has been a real pleasure to spend time with. I've seen independants and some of the Room Service ladies, who have also been fun as well. I'm reluctant to post reviews, believe it or not, most of the ladies I have seen seem reluctant about reviews, especially explicit ones. I think some of that may stem from not knowing the client well. If you have only seen her once, how does she know you not going to write something she finds inappropriate or embarassing?  

Again, no one is under any obligation to post a review, and if you have seen a lady you think you would love to post a review about, you should ask her if it's ok with her... just my humble opinion.

I put a review up about Courtney and Jennifer from BodyOasis, but you can't go wrong with Clarisse or Selena either.

As for local vs. traveling ladies? I gotta tell ya, there seems to be a lot more hype around the travelling ladies and they can be a lot of fun, but I think some guys tend to overlook our local ladies, who are just as much fun and easier to see again, and again, and again... if you find one that you hit it off with, it can make for some great repeat sessions... (Believe me, I know lol)

even if it only serves to add fuel to jjm's suspicions.

jjm...based on the number of reviews that you’ve posted, you seem to be an RS regular. Feel free to ask Jill how many times I’ve met with her ladies. Twice! ...not very cozy. Oh well...suspicion and paranoia seem to come with the hobby.

This is sliding off the topic. The simple fact is that there IS a cozy relationship between the moderator(s) of this board and many of the providers.  This may or may not be a problem..I don't know; but regardless of whether or not any favoritism is or isn't being shown...it is still open to scruitiny/skepticism..and this point has brought up before.  Simple logic..and no need to defend anybody's actions.

My main concern is the attitude of RS Mgmt when problems are pointed out..and this is a point that always gets sidestepped when it is brought up.  I.E....In a previous thread  "Bad Experience with Room Service"  (11/19)...the topic was quickly sidestepped by RS Mgmt to a complaint about the original poster's audacity to ask for compensation, etc, etc..and most pertinent main points...Safety (provider's and Hobbyst's), and Courtesy were ignored by RS Mgmt...even thought the majority of hobbyist posters to the thread had the same concern.

I've generally had great experiences with the RS girls..read my reviews. In fact..I used them simply because I did enjoy the girls (not price)..at least when they were new to the service. My problem is with RS management.
1.  they book too closely together  (several of the girls have complained and apologized to me about this before).  On a couple of occasions the girls was (understandably) exhausted..but still...another client was on the was up as I was dressing..knocking on the door once.
2.  they are sloppy and careless on the phone (one time I was actually in the wrong hotel..which fortunately did not have that particular room number).  The girl on the phone was carrying on several conversations on other lines and with a friend, there was loud music playing in the background...I could not hear her..nor did she really seem to care if she got the correct directions to me or not.
3.  invariably when I used RS..I'd spend 20 30 min past my appointment time sitting in a parking lot..or driving around waiting for them to get their acts together.  This is not only sloppy business  (I have a schedule, too...and my time is worth more than theirs, I can guarantee you) it is downright unsafe...for reasons already stated.  Once in a while...sure problems arise..but this is a habit with them...and has been pointed out before by others on this board  

RS Management continues to ignore questions addressed to any of these issues.  I'm not asking for any kind of compensation; I'm just pointing out what seems to be persistent issues...hopefully to the benefit of both the girls..and oother hobbyists who choose to use RS.

Each to their own..but I personally simply will not use them again.  I'm tired of the BS..and VERY aware that my entrance in and out of the hotel (no matter how discreet I am)..as well as hanging out..driving around, or sitting in a parking lot is being logged by security.  Sexual Vixen Kate put it best in a recent post "Volume is Trouble".  This can also be translated as "Careless High Volume Traffic is Trouble". I feel badly for the girls..and I know from wht they have mentioned to me..they are not pleased, either.  RS may be the McDonald's of the hobby, but tired, worried girls don't make for much fun...even at bargain prices...and my personal safety is priceless  (at least to me). There are plenty of excellent providers out there who provide GFE plus at the same rates..with a lot more apparent concern for my convenience and safety (as well as their own).

What's going on here.  Seems we have a weekly "provider/agency" in distress thing going on here.

Look folks, the facts of the matter are that these reviews are here to inform and delight (whichever is your preference).  Althought they might be monitored, they do have to be taken with a grain of salt.

Sometimes the reviews are embelished by gentlemen for whatever reason (anger, true love, too much beer, etc).  The providers get angry, the hobbysts get angry, whatever!

If you don't believe them, then fine, but let's not make an issue of everything that is ever written.  If the providers think they are being unfairly treated, they can go to the board and/or the moderator.

If the moderator or the board detects something is odd or off-base, they are responsible enough to handle it.

We have had WAY too many blown-up discussions like this one in the past few months.

Come on folks, get a life and get over it.  The ladies are doing just fine and the ones that are screwing up (pun intended) are getting the reviews they deserve.

That's just my opinion and I could be wrong.
