Turduken? Is this a Thanksgiving Gang Bang?

I have heard the term Turducken but never really new what one was until last night. The explanation given to me was so funny that it sounded like some sort of poultry gang bang so I thought I would share it here just for giggles!
From my understanding they take a turkey and shove a duck up it's rear and then stick a chicken up the ducks rear inside the turkey and then stuff that with a sausage/stuffing mixture. To me is sounded like some sort of Thanksgiving orgy.
The image etched in my mind is almost cartoon like but quite humorous!
Now I am imagining with all of that meat it takes quite sometime to cook one of these things!
So has anyone ever had one of these?
