Does anyone know what happend with the Angel Marie case? It has been  over a year since it happened and I was curious of the outcome.

I just Googled her name and there were only article going back to last year when the arrest took place. Must not have gone to trial yet, I suppose.

Defense - all sorts of motions to discover the complete case of the Commonwealth, and to negotiate most favorable result for the defendant, or to try the case if in best interest of client.  Most cases plead out, otherwise court system crashes like the current financial markets.  Sometimes the long delay allows defendant to clean themselves up (the drugs made me do it your Honor!) or perhaps do charitable works and create some character witnesses.

Prosecutor - prep case fully, answer all motions of Defense, beat up defense counsel in negotiating plea bargain, and wait to finalize case (have Defendant plead out) to maximize publicity and benefit (week before election day never a bad thing!).

I've have a google search email set up if anything new is posted and I haven't heard anything either. I'd like to know as well since I met her several times (you didn't hear that from me)
