Gents PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE If we request your work info in our screening sheet, its most likely cause we NEED it. I fully understand privacy issues and your concerns but unless you have references form well known Indy's chances are the provider you are contacting will need other forms of verification. I for one have a select group of ladies that ican FULLY trust but unless you FILL OUT the REference portion of the form I wont know that you know a "good friend" and dont need to be as thorough. All that being said it almost feels like its a product of lazyness! It happens ALLOT! I get forms half empty and its only when I have to go back and ask that you fill out the form that I get what I need. So obivously it wasnt a matter of not wanting to give the info, it was jsut lazynes! LOL Please guys, remeber we NEED to be safe, FOR ALL our sakes!!!
Hi Ashely, I took a look at your site (very hot!). One thing I would suggest is to say a little more about what information you need. It says "* = required field" and there are only *s next to name, email and phone... Clearly that's not enough for verification, but then, its not clear exactly how much of the rest is needed, so probably people think "well, I filled in the required fields..." XOX
