Not sure when she is coming back but if she has an account on here as a provider you might be able to send her a message. Providers have access to the mail without having VIP membership. How so? I have a basic membership as a provider with TER, and am unable to access the mail! I have many emails and PM on TER. I am trying to redirect I be contacted via my personal email. My email address can be found on my website under 'contact'. I have had no luck with TER as far as updating my contact info listed under my reviews, & linking my reviews to my site. I was told that JILL has to confirm this via email to TER from Jill's email address, since my reviews are currently listed under Jills member ID!!!! ! I have explained to them the situation, that she has retired and can no longer be contacted... I was then told that I need 3 new reviews that update my contact info in order for this to change, and even then only the contact info will be updated. I can not link my reviews to my website period... smdh, 7 years of reviews with RSG & TER, down the drain...
