Early morning in New Jersey, yawn.
Eating breakfast, looking at Manhattan across the river and missing Boston deeply already.

Enter maid:  "Lady I clean?"
Ally: Will you make the bed and refresh the towels, please?

10 minutes later...

She's handing me my bright purple, unmistakable Jackrabbit, blushing and I'm dropping $20 on the pillow and pretending to watch the primary results on t.v. with great interest.

AWKWARD!

I have to be lulled to sleep after traveling LOL!

I'm sure the maids never see anything like that in the rooms of single traveling females Think of it this way: when you get back to Boston we'll handle the jackrabbit duties for you! EJ

and you handled it QUITE well (at least the maid didn't try to use it)!

A little old lady (like your grandmother) goes into a sex shop.  She appears to have a case of Parkinson's as she's shaking from head to toe.

"Young Man?" she asks the clerk,  "Do you sell vibrators?"

"Yes madam we do,"  he replies.

"Big fluorescent orange ones?"

"Yes madam we do."

"The type about 16 inches long?"

"Yes madam we do."

"The type that takes 8 D Cell batteries?"

"Yes madam we do."

"Well, how the hell do you turn it off?!"

have had a maid find a toy.  The lovely Hitachi Magic Wand.

I leave mine plugged in beside my bed and tuck it up under my pillows.  I don't use it daily, so it gets easily forgotten.

Hired a new house keeper and she is changing the sheets on my bed when I hear loud pulsating followed by a shriek.  I guess as she was climbing on the bed it worked itself down between the mattress and the headboard and turned on.  The VERY loud noise spooked her.
