I was just there EARLY May and it was either cold or very cool. Actually the night I arrived was COLD rainy, windy, ect.

Soooo...I know no one can predict the temps but in general, how are the temps in Boston Mid August-September?

I want to enjoy the outdoors, the North End in the evening, strolling around Back Bay-Copley, maybe taking a ride on those swan boats (my favorite bird). Boston is a beautiful city, the perfect size IMO, with the best people anywhere I've ever been.

So what say ya'll? Thanks for any input!

xoxo,

Steph

There probably won't be any snow but otherwise, anything goes. It can be hot and humid, hot and dry, cool and dry, and just plain wet. There really is no typical weather here. This Spring has been cool and a bit wet but that is this year....next year who knows! Usually by the end of September we start to cool down but we can still have a warm day or two.

If you don't like it , just wait it will change.

I recall visiting Boston in April one year and it got down to the 40s at night

Boston in July and August have an average of 80-82,   You might find those the most comforable months.

September the average shoots down to 72
