Maybe its just me, but does anyone else get frutrated when looking at the ad boards and trying to figure out what providers are currently in town, as opposed to those coming at a later date??

Since I only check every 2-3 days, normally one of two things happen to me:
 - provider posts saying they are available that day and the next..... so I miss them
 - provider posts saying they are available in 2 weeks time and the post is now buried on page 3... so I miss them

Both cases could be prevented by just checking every day.

Personally, I want a weekly timetable along with general area.  That way, I know how far I will need to travel too, so I can factor in travel time during an 'extended lunch break' from work :)

Most, at least local, ladies will post the same day every week... if they even bother anymore. Visiting ladies will post a future visit and on their local board, we are allowed to do that. If you find a visiting lady is coming to the area in a couple of weeks, why not save her website as a favorite and check it every couple of days to see that she is still visiting Boston?

Locally, it varies. I know, myself, won't be posting on either the Boston or NE board in a couple of weeks even though I will be around and available...I'll be posting on 2 other regional boards to announce I'll be visiting.

Exactly Mara...I can't see the point of posting that I am available on whatever day and then my ad is on page 2 &  nobody knows I am here.  Now that  p information has the available now option and back poop drums up business faster than lightening.  SHE YAWNS  this place isn't what it used to be.

Yes it has lost its luster here
a few yrs back an ad on the board was a must have now its kind of an extra but not the end all be all
there are many other sites that drag in business fast fast fast as lightening...

I have met some of my favorite longstanding clients off of a bp ad
and also some off of Ter and P and E
the same goes for ones I would not repeat with  its even either way.
I may post on BP and phone rings instantly but I still screen so the expectations are the same with me no difference
there is a lot of weeding to do no doubt but also to be expected.

its just a more immediate response
its an ad venue like any other
all those who play here are NOT all Gentlemen as with any ad site
