Ok here is the deal. I will no longer put up with you shorting the girls and staying past your time.
You all bitch when the girl counts the money first, but this is why. Now I can understand the legitimate mistakes of new 20's sticking together but that is not what I am talking about. I am talking about when you book an hour, its 225. Not 220. and to those of you that actually have the nerve to ask for change, WTF? We are NOT a bank. give her the 20 and let her have the 15.00 as a tip, my god how cheap can you be, and now you cant owe the the 5.00 next visit!!!
The guys who do this are all TER members. They all see indys at 300 and up per hour and gladly pay that, but short my girls 5.00!!
I could even maybe understand if we were bait and switch or my girls were ugly with bad service, but that is not the case. my girls all consistently get reviews of 8 and above, we should actually be charging 300 per hour but I know the economy is bad and I wanted to make my service affordable to everyone.
These are also the same guys who stay past heir time. They all try and book the last appointment of the day, so they can try and get away with not leaving. Last week a client who was with Charlotte wouldn't leave. She told him, you have to go as Jill is on her way. He actually had the nerve to say "Its ok, I'll just hide in the bathroom" ! NO you wont, you will leave as you are already 10 mins. past your time!
These guys have all been clients of mine for years but I will ban you if your behavior continues.
Now why did I post this on here and not talk to them in person, I have talked to them in person, more than once. They are good for a while, then start with this shit again and since they are all TER members, I would address this issue on here and its also a message to anyone else who might try and do this in the future.

I recall seeing you respond in the same aggressive tone for a singular comment that was made about how you treat your girls. "Call Out"?? We all get "nickle & dimed"....I get that it's more a respect issue than anything else, but even if it happened 25 times this week (which I doubt)....that's $125 .. End of the day appointments are bad strategy. These girls are dead tired after (x?) appointments per day.

Maybe I went about saying this the wrong way. Its not about the 5.00, its the fact that these clients are being disrespectful to the girls by shorting them and paying for an hour but staying an extra 15- 20 minutes. The girls are trying nicely to tell them they need to go, but they just don't get it, they think they are not doing anything wrong. It is a group of them and they are all regular TER posters and reviewers. I thought if maybe I spoke to them via the board they might get the hint because talking to the personally only gets them to be good for a few weeks, then they all start up again.
I am frustrated because they only do this to my girls, they don't do it to the girls at the expensive services or the Indy's. Its almost like they think because our rates are low, its ok not to tip and and to short the girls 5.00. It's also this group of guys who tell the new girls that they are big reviewers, the girls are afraid to be firm and tell them they have to go for fear of a bad review. They know this so they way overstay their welcome. Then on their reviews they write I went over my time by 15 minutes, so that causes other guys to think its an OK thing to do.
The $5.00 is nothing, but the short money & the extra time.. different deal (plus 15 min= $50+).... I get that.... If she's not booked back to back....could those not be "advertising dollars"? .. i.e repeat customer... You know better than me on that Conversion Rate...You know your business. I do NOT condone extra time or OTC unless it's vividly clear & condoned by her.... SHE runs the show.
As a hobbiest, have I gone over my time?...Yes... Have I gone OTC?, Yes. Have I got "shot-changed", yes. Have I ever done that without a connection w/ a woman that I wouldn't repeat w/..No
Better question might be: What is your philosophy about the girls encouraging repeat biz for your service without you having to deal with it?.... or does your OP come from complaints, breaking House Rules or something else? If you have 10-12 "Saleswomen" out there for repeat business.... that seems like a good thing. Even if you get burned 10% of the time, your toes are still tapping & your schedule is still booked. "Ground & Pound" is usually a turn off.... just my opinion....

They dont only doing it to your girls ..I been short by my regulars $5, $20 and about over staying I would not even go there .There is also many men who is watching the clock and making sure they dont over stay .
I have to say I've been a hobbist for years and have heard every different rant. This business is full of stupid on both ends of providers and hobbist. But your rant is only going to hurt you because if you know the hobbist and their game then do not book them . That is simple business. You are setting yourself up for failure. You need to get a grip and not put up a general rant like this. Sorry for your problems but business is business and be smart about it.

I haven't let anyone join since our last open enrollment in April. Our next one is October 1st. The clients I am speaking about have been clients for years and years.

You really need to get over your little persecution complex. It's not all about you. I've never even used RSG but I know Jill's policy just from reading the boards. You were not singled out for rejection from membership and your whining about it is unfair to Jill and nothing more than an exhibit of childish behavior from you.

We are very lucky to have Jill providing this service. At her rates, no one should even consider giving a dime less what is requested. I generally leave an extra $20, since I know the girl has to give a chunk of the donation back to the agency.
I usually tip extra, and usually don't book half-hours.
I've always had stellar experiences with Jill's girls, and still see some who went indie.

The reason I have not posted before is because of all the drama. This drama is out of control. I remember the days of the zone. You saw what you got and you knew what you were getting. The games now is do to all the social media. Now there is more drama and games. You of all should remember the past. They screw you once you cut them off but you seem to reschedule them . You run a service so why do a limited list? Once again as I look at your site all I see is Zumba asking info that does not need to be asked. I've been around way too long and I have respect for everyone in the hobby but your rant is ignorant and foolish. You booked them so you set yourself up for the drama and problems. Don't put your bad judgment on the board. I always read the boards but in times like this your rant takes the dumb-ass award. I do not care what you say about me because I only see non back to back girls. You operate in a back to back manner. I see some of the girls that left you for that reason. That's why your rant is ignorant.
I can remember after leaving an appointment with Boston Stacey, reaching into my donation pocket and being hotrrified to see there was a $20 in there. I immediately called Jill, and told her I thought I had shorted Stacey, however, Stacey was not available. She left RS before I could make ammends.
do not blame Jill for the way she feels, the clients are wrong for taking advantage of the girls. The bottom line here , is the bottom line. Business 101 if you have a client who consistently refuses to follow the house rules, they are not worth having as clients, so deal with them accordingly and make examples of one or two and I believe things will change.
This is not the way however to deal with a business problem by publicly airing your companies dirty laundry sort to speak. Just quietly change policy so that it protects you and your employees best interests. Let's face it you are very fair with your pricing and from what I've seen your employees are very attractive, you'll always have new clients to replace any dismissed ones.

Say what you want, but Jill's service is pretty straight forward and reasonably priced.
Be prepared and have the correct amount when you arrive.
Put the right amount in the envelope, let her see you place it down before going into the bathroom to freshen up, come out, have your fun, and leave before being reminded.

I don' t mean to pile on, but it is a bit ironic that someone who takes such diligence in “allowing” only certain members, while rebuking others who do want to book through RSG is calling out those very people she accepts……
