There is no delicate way to put this so here it is:  

I was receiving a phenomenal blowjob recently and during my first orgasm of our session my dear sweet provider started choking.  She said I came so hard that my sperm ended up coming out here nose.  That has never happened to me nor has it ever happened to her.
