I think you need to follow more than one Discussion and Ad board.

Providers touring Boston or from Boston might also get down to Hartford and the Casinos. Providers touring NYC or from NYC might also get up to Greenwich and Stamford and the Casinos. There isn't too much posting to the New England boards, but you need to check out those, too.

Depending on where you are, someone might be willing to make an otherwise unplanned outcall to your area if you pay for the travel expenses ($50? $100? for gas money or even more if she asks for time money).

You'll get more bites probably on the new England board.

Daphne's reply reminded me of the reverse situation. Providers based primarily in CT will post to the Boston and NYC boards to let folks know about their availability in CT or when they will be visiting the larger metro areas. Another reason to follow all six (Boston, NY, NE)x(Discussion, Ad) boards.

There are usually just a few (5-20) posts to PO each day.  A visual or text search of subject lines for "Casino" (or "CT" or "Connecticut") could pay off.
