A lot of providers place ads here but rarely check the boards or PM's.  Some, if they don't have VIP, CAN'T check PM's.  The ads generally have a phone number, email or website.  That is the most efficient way to initiate contact.

Most girls that adv on TER have an "initial contact" form for you to fill out.  I have a shortcut by going thru P411 where my screening info is already in place.

You can always call a Backpage Ad if you are a gambling man:  50% chance she picks up; 50% chance the pics are fake; small but real chance it's LE; and a few other cans of worms to open going that route.
